Now that you have the first version of your videos, we would love to improve them so they are exactly as you are expecting. We will rely only on this form and your comments to make the necessary changes and deliver a new version as soon as possible, so we suggest being as punctual and explicit as possible, since everything mentioned here will be taken into account and only the changes specified in this form will be made.
The first round of revisions is included in your service, so we kindly recommend including all the changes and comments you consider necessary in this form. Any additional changes or revision rounds requested afterward will have an extra cost.
We would appreciate it if you answer within the first 21 days after delivery, since this is the time we give all our couples to request changes to their videos. After this period, no further changes will be made to your delivery.
