We really enjoy San Miguel de Allende, they chose hotel casa Blanca 7 for their wedding, an amazing venue placed in the center of the city, just 3 blocks from the principal garden and San Miguel Arcángel neo gothic church, but we really recommend Rancho las Sabinas and Finca la devocion for weddings, if you are looking for this places you must see Emma and Hussain wedding and Mariana and Ramon wedding.
